Corpus Christi Port Authority

Designed to be a statement in both design and sustainability the prime site location demanded an iconic design that impressed the importance of the port to both the vessels on the water and and the visitors passing over the brand new Harbor Bridge. Building had to also straddle the line between its private operations running the port and existing along a public way adjacent to the convention center.
